Refer and Earn – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our Refer and Earn program! Please read the following terms carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility
  1. Open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
  2. No fee or investment is required to participate.
2. Referral Criteria
  1. Referred individuals must be new customers genuinely interested in Insurance,
    Investment, Personal Finance, or Home Finance products.
  2. Referrers must provide accurate details, including the full name and contact number
    of the referred person.
3. Lead Processing
  1. Once a referral is submitted, our expert team will contact the lead, assess their
    financial needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  2. All documentation and processes will be managed by our team.
4. Reward Payout
  1. Rewards will be processed within 2–3 working days after successful deal closure.
  2. Payouts will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment
    methods.
5. Payout Structure

You will receive rewards based on the product and the value of the transaction as outlined below:

 

Insurance Products (Life, Health & Motor)

  1. Payout: 5% of the total first premium paid (excluding GST). Example: If a client purchases a policy with a yearly premium of ₹50,000 (excluding GST), your payout will be ₹2,500.
  2. Health & Motor Insurance: Only yearly payment mode is available. Payout is always based on the full yearly premium (excluding GST).
  3. Life Insurance: Offers multiple payment modes – Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Yearly. In this case, your payout will depend on the mode selected by the referred client. If the client chooses the yearly mode, payout will be calculated on the full annual premium (excluding GST).

 

Mutual Fund Investments

  1. Payout: ₹500 per individual client investment
  2. Condition 1: Minimum SIP amount: ₹1,000 / month
  3. Condition 2: Minimum Lump Sum investment: ₹50,000

 

Loan Referrals (Personal & Home Loans)

  1. Payout: 0.20% of the total disbursed loan amount
6. Valid Referrals Only
  1. Referrals must be genuine and not self-referred.
  2. Referred leads must not be existing clients or already present in our database.
  3. Duplicate or fabricated entries will not be eligible for rewards.
7. Marketing Support
  1. Participants can request free digital flyers and creatives to promote the program via social media or messaging apps.
  2. All promotional material must be used ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.
8. General Terms
  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any disputes will be governed by applicable local laws.
  3. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

Misuse or violation of these terms may lead to disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
